I don't think you would qualify for PIP on the basis of dyslexia, it's getting more and more difficult to qualify now, it can't be backdated, and it's not good for the environment. A lot of patients with significant disabilities were denied the benefits when they were receiving them before.
I don't think you would be able to qualify with the learning disability.
